The passenger elevator is the heart of a building's vertical transport. Choosing the right unit is about far more than capacity β speed, occupant traffic patterns, power consumption and ride comfort matter just as much. We start every passenger-lift project with a traffic study: how many people must move during peak hours, how many floors are served, and what waiting time is acceptable.
We supply energy-efficient gearless machine-room-less (MRL) passenger elevators that need no separate machine room, as well as machine-room units for tall, high-speed buildings. Value brands are available for budget-conscious buildings and premium international brands for hotels and Class-A towers.
Scope of work
- Unit supply β passenger elevators for 6β24 persons (450β1,600 kg), 1.0β2.5 m/s, energy-saving gearless VVVF drive.
- Full installation β guide rails, cabin, automatic doors, controller and wiring, through to test runs and commissioning.
- Cabin finishes β hairline stainless, glass, mirror, laminated timber, plus COP/LOP panels with info displays and braille.
- Safety features β ARD (automatic rescue device) on power failure, overload protection, door interlocks and light-curtain sensors.
- Integration β card access, destination dispatch for high-traffic buildings and connection to the building BMS.
Who it is for
Offices of 3β40 floors, apartments and condominiums, hotels, mixed-use developments, government buildings and campuses. For low-rise buildings with simple access an MRL lift is the most economical choice; for tall towers we specify high-speed units with intelligent group control.
Installation timeline
Once the unit is on site and the civil shaft is ready, installing one passenger elevator usually takes 3β6 weeks including inspection. For new-unit procurement, add 8β14 weeks of production and shipping depending on brand and specification.
Safety standards & SNI
Every passenger elevator we install follows the Indonesian SNI elevator standards and Disnaker inspection requirements. We prepare the inspection documents and support issuance of the safety certificate so the lift can operate legally from day one.
Maintenance & modernization
After handover we offer maintenance & service contracts with genuine parts and 24/7 emergency response. For older, troublesome lifts, modernization & controllers can restore reliability without replacing the whole unit.
